We at cimol designed the platform from the ground up for mobile users. The interface adapts to all screen sizes — from small phones to tablets — and works smoothly on low-data connections. Navigation is tap-friendly, with large touch targets and minimal load times. Push notifications alert you to live games, market updates, and promotion windows without spamming your device. You can enable or disable notifications in account settings. The platform prioritises image compression and lazy-loading so games start quickly even on 3G or 4G networks. Account holders can adjust stream quality (high, medium, low) to match their connection speed. This mobile-first approach means most users never need to open a desktop browser — everything from account setup to withdrawal is achievable on phone.

Android app installation

To use cimol on Android, you have two options: open our mobile website in your browser, or install the native app. For the native app, visit the cimol website, go to the Download section, and tap "Android." The APK file downloads automatically. Before installing, enable "Unknown Sources" in Settings > Security. Once the download finishes, open the file and follow the install prompt. The app requests permissions: location (for fraud prevention), contacts (optional), camera (for ID verification), and storage (for temporary files). You can deny non-essential permissions. After installation, log in with your account credentials — the login is the same across app and browser. The app updates automatically; check your device's app store for new versions. Uninstalling the app does not affect your account — your balance and games remain intact on cimol's servers.

iOS access notes

iOS users can access cimol via the mobile website through Safari or Chrome. Apple's app store restrictions mean we do not currently distribute a native iOS app, but the web version works identically on iPhones and iPads. Open Safari, navigate to cimol.app, and log in as usual. For a home-screen shortcut, tap the Share button in Safari, then "Add to Home Screen" — this creates a shortcut that opens cimol full-screen without the browser address bar. This shortcut behaves like an app: it stores your session and launches quickly. Push notifications work in the browser, so you'll still receive alerts about live games and promotions. The web version performs well on iOS 12 and newer. For best experience, use the latest Safari version and ensure your device has enough storage for cache files.

Web app and browser version

The cimol web app runs in any modern browser — Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge — on desktop or mobile. No installation needed: simply visit cimol.app, log in, and start playing. The web version offers the same games, markets, and features as the app. On desktop, you get a full-width view with all sections visible at once; on mobile, the layout reflows for small screens. Account settings, deposit, withdrawal, and game history are accessible from any device — your balance and progress sync instantly. Some users prefer the web app for flexibility (no storage needed, easy to clear cache); others prefer the native app for faster launch and offline-storage options. Both paths use the same account. Browser caching improves performance on repeat visits — the platform loads faster on your second session. Clearing cookies will log you out; you'll need to enter your credentials again.

Data usage and optimisation

Game assets (logos, buttons, icons) are cached locally after first download, so subsequent sessions load faster. Static pages (rules, FAQs, account settings) use minimal data. Disable auto-play video in settings if you want to save data — videos will only play when you tap them. Using WiFi for initial downloads and live streams preserves your mobile data allowance. Over time, cimol's cache learning means data usage decreases as you spend more time on the platform.
